About This Project

Barari Gate by ADE is a residential development in Majan, Wadi Al Safa 3, Dubai, designed as a modern mid-rise with a Ground + Podium + 10 floors + Roof configuration. The project combines private living with an active community setting, bringing together clean architectural lines and a lifestyle-led approach that prioritizes comfort, light, and everyday functionality.The residence offers a mix of studios, 1-bedroom apartments, and 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom layouts with maid’s rooms, including variants with private pools in selected plans. Interior spaces are shaped around practical zoning, with kitchens planned for daily use, bedrooms focused on privacy and calm, and bathrooms finished in a restrained, contemporary palette. A smart home system supports home routines through controls for lighting, climate, security functions, and curtains.
