Binghatti Skyblade by Binghatti rises in Downtown Dubai directly on the Boulevard. The tower presents a minimalist, blade-like silhouette with crystalline glass façades and satin-chrome accents. It includes a podium and amenity levels with 55 residential floors above, plus dedicated mechanical floors.Homes come in Studios, Premium Studios, 1 Bedroom Royal Suite, 2 Bedroom Apartment, 2 Bedroom Burj Royal Suite, and 3 Bedroom Burj Royal Wing. Many sky-terrace layouts feature sculpted balconies, with the majority offering private pools for added privacy. The design language focuses on refined materials and carefully composed finishes. Set in the heart of Downtown Dubai near Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, the project provides immediate access to the city’s landmarks and business hubs.
