Binghatti Titania

About This Project

Binghatti Titania is a residential tower by Binghatti in the Majan community of Dubai. The building rises above a multi level podium and forms a clear landmark along the main road network. The architecture uses a strong geometric façade with metal framing and glass to emphasize light, depth and views.The project offers 789 residences in a mix of studios, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments. Layouts are planned for straightforward circulation with open living areas and separate private zones. Interior finishes follow a calm contemporary palette that combines wood textures, stone surfaces such as Patagonia marble and metal details in bronze and green brushed steel. Residents have access to an amenity deck with an adult pool, shallow water pool, floating kids’ pool and Aqua Joy splash zone. The same level includes a children’s play area, gym area, yoga zone, outdoor walkways, seating pockets and landscaped green spaces with pergola decks. The location in Majan connects the project to Al Barari, Dubai Hills, Business Bay and other districts through Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and nearby arterials.
