About This Project

Zenith Manarina is a contemporary residential project in Dubai South featuring 121 units across G+6 floors. The design integrates 10 duplex townhouses with apartment living above, offering efficient layouts, shared spaces, and a balanced community-focused lifestyle. This project is a contemporary residential building defined by fluid, sculptural geometry and layered horizontal terraces. The architecture features continuous wraparound balconies and expansive glass façades, maximizing natural light and creating a strong indoor outdoor living experience for residents. A signature roof garden enhances the luxury lifestyle appeal, while planted terraces introduce greenery at every level, softening the structure and improving privacy. At ground level, a landscaped courtyard with a leisure pool and shaded seating areas forms a private community space, promoting relaxation and social interaction. Overall, the design expresses modern elegance and resort style living, prioritizing comfort, openness, and high-end residential quality.
