EDGE is a residential development by Select Group located between Downtown Dubai and Business Bay. The project is defined by dual towers, contemporary architecture, and a design concept built around bold contrasting colour palettes and an eclectic urban character. The brochure presents EDGE as a connected city address with direct access to a wide range of lifestyle destinations in central Dubai.The project features one-bedroom and two-bedroom residences designed to capture views of Burj Khalifa, Dubai Canal, and Business Bay. Interiors follow the same vibrant design language as the overall concept, combining modern finishes with a more expressive visual identity.
